Alex Turner – rebelde sem causa

Se há um ícone de estilo masculino para 2014, este sem dúvida é Alex Turner. Ele é vocalista e líder do Arctic Monkeys, banda britânica que recentemente saiu dos círculos indie para se tornar conhecida em locais mais amplos, em grande parte porque Turner deixou de ser o “indie sujinho” para um homem impecavelmente bem-vestido.


            Bem-vestido e quase teatral. A inspiração para seu look é uma mistura entre os jovens rockabilly anos 1950 americanos (pense em James Dean em Rebel Without a Cause – 1955) e os Teddy Boys britânicos, jovens de classe trabalhadora do Reino Unido da mesma época, que usavam roupas inspiradas na época eduardiana, estes também rebeldes sem causa e participantes dos primeiros movimentos jovens do século vinte.

            Cabelos com pomada e um grande topete, calças justas, gravatas estreitas, eventualmente jaqueta de uniforme colegial americano e mocassins com meias brancas. Golas de smoking e camisetas brancas, lisas. Com ainda uma pitada de arrogância (opcional, é claro), esses são os elementos chave para você construir aquele look “bad boy das antigas”.
